The Triad Business Journal reports, that Crews with D.H. Griffin Wrecking Co. on Tuesday continued dismantling 338 N. Elm Street, an office building that earlier in its life was Wesley Long Hospital.
Built in 1945, the 38,140-square-foot building was purchased by the city in 2013 for $293,000. It’s been vacant since last June.
